Race for the cure

The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation announces that the Komen Madison Race for the Cure will be held on Saturday, June 4th at the Alliant Energy Center. There are over 8,000 participants expected to participate in the Komen Madison Race for the Cure. This year’s event will include a 5K coed run, a 5K coed walk and a one-mile walk. Registration locations adn times are East Towne Mall Thursday, June 2nd, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.; West Towne Mall Friday, June 3, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Race Day, June 4, 6:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. Registration fee is $30, additional pledges are encouraged.
