After countless hours of effort from both the Village of Cambridge Water & Sewer Committee as well as the Town of Oakland Sanitary District members, groundbreaking of the new Cambridge Oakland Wastewater Treatment Plant will take place Tuesday, July 5. The ceremony, set to begin at 10 a.m., will be held on the construction site off Lagoon Road, near the existing plant. To find Lagoon Road, take Highway 134 north toward London adn turn right onto Lagoon Road. All are invited and welcom to attend.
