For quite a number of years now we seem to be situated uncomfortably on a plateau of approximately 1.4 million members. After a peak in 1996, we seem to be losing ground in recent times. An awareness that special attention be given in the areas of recruitment retention and extension should be passed along to club leaders because we all know that GROWTH MEANS GREATER SERVICE. Therefore, GROW WE MUST.
